Is there a limit to how many patients I can add?
Professional memberships are limited to 500 new patients per year. Each additional provider on the account adds 500 patient slots per year or you can purchase patient slots at $49.95 per 500. Please contact support if you need to add additional patients or providers.

Search under the letter of patients last name on the dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the page if necessary and there is a section of "Archived Patients" Click "Restore" to move the patient back to the Active list.
