Can you provide a purchase order or an invoice?
A purchase order or invoice can be provided once we determine the appropriate Volume Licensing plan for your company or institution. Please contact us to determine what Volume Licensing option would be best for your facility. We do not provide invoices or purchase orders for monthly subscriptions.

What is the difference between purchase options?
On demand courses do not require a subscription and you can purchase individual courses for continuing education if desired. CE and NON-CE Subscription allows unlimited course access. CE subscription option purchase depends on state availability.
How much time do I have to access the course once I purchase it?

How can I get a receipt?
A receipt should automatically be emailed to after purchase. However, if you don't receive it or you need another copy, send us an email to support@webexercises.com and we can provide a receipt for either annual or monthly plans.
Where can I find the courses available under my subscription?
Once you purchase a subscription all the available courses will display in your account dashboard. You can also view the subscription courses on our home page by using the appropriate filters.
When will my WebExercises academy subscription renew?
Your Subscription is for one year, it will auto-renew on the date of purchase. We try our best to notify in advance but please keep track of renewal date/
